We offer exercises that can be modified for beginners, but that can also be amplified for advanced clients that are looking for an extreme challenge. The BootyBarre system sculpts the body proportionally so that all body parts are equally challenged. This total body workout serves to strengthen, lengthen, and stretch the body from top to bottom. The end result is a long and lean physique.

Powerflex
PowerFlex is specifically designed to build strength and flexibility. This class consists of strength drills using various apparatus followed by flexibility training to condition the entire body and increase overall flexibility. Whether you would like to work towards achieving your splits or touch your toes to your head. This is a fun and challenging class for all.
Bootybarre Bounce
Take “Barre” to NEW heights!
The bootybarre method has incorporated a fun unique fusion barre experience on a trampoline with our new bouncing cardio moves and fusion barre sculpting exercises.
A total body work out designed to tone your body, increase circulation, balance, and endurance.
Back and Shoulder Flex
A multi ability class for those wanting to bring flexibility to their backs and shoulder area.
Flexibility Flow
A yoga style full body flexibility class. During this class you will work through sun salutations, poses and strength moves.
Limitless Yoga Wheel Flow
During this class you will go through Yoga flows and Sun salutations incorporating a Weighted yoga wheel. Suitable for complete beginners
