Pole Fitness
Pole Dance and Fitness is a great way to have fun whilst keeping fit. Not only can Pole improve your physical strength in your core but also throughout all of the skeletal muscles of your body. Continued lessons can lead to the appearance of firm, toned muscles over a fairly short period of time and also improves balance, agility, flexibility, stamina and co-ordination.

Aerial Hoop
The aerial hoop (also known as the lyra, aerial ring or cerceau) is a circular steel apparatus rigged from the ceiling, giving you the opportunity to execute dynamic tricks, spins and swings! The hoop provides the perfect frame for an endless variety of balances, transitions and routines.

Aerial Silks
In Aerial Silks we use a length of material which we climb and make beautiful shapes on. This is a 60 minute class which includes a warm up, aerial conditioning, silk moves or routines and a cool down. Aerial silks is an all over body workout and with an endless amount of lifts, grips, hangs and moves it will never stop challenging you.
Aerial Sling is very similar to silks, however the sling is in the shape of a hammock which helps to make all the fun shapes and moves slighly easier as the sling offers support.

Antigravity Yoga
It's challenging, it's fun, it's effective. AntiGravity® Aerial Yoga is a unique fusion technique, revolutionary in relieving compressed joints and aligning the body from head to toe. The AntiGravity® Hammock acts as a soft trapeze and as a support while you master simple inversions and finally progress to more advanced poses.

Flying Pole
This is a fun class that bridges the gap between pole and aerial. Bring the fun of both disciplines to one.

Pole Choreo / BASEsensual
These classes are designed to dance and have fun. You will learn the art Pole dancing in heels. You will learn correct techniques and choreographies.

Bungee Fitness
Feel weightless as you fly through the air in this fun AcroBeats Bungee Fitness class. Push yourself out of your comfort zone whilst having a great time. Bounce, swing and jump in this fun-packed Bungee Fitness class, that encourages you to be brave and adventurous. Prepare to sweat in this fast paced cardio class, designed to allow you greater range of movement in key fitness moves, plus the added resistance of the bungees allows for stamina and strength training.
Perfect for all levels of fitness and ability. All instructors are trained, qualified and experienced, plus the studios are fully compliant and safety certified using high quality and tested bungee equipment.
FAQs
SUITABILITY: Beginners are completely welcome and classes are suitable for all abilities, however only for those aged 16yrs+.
Our harnesses can fit a range of sizes from a UK women's size 8-18. Our Bungee systems can support weights up to 16 stone, but we can also accommodate higher weights by adding further bungee resistance. If you or any of your group requires a larger/smaller harness or needs a higher bungee resistance, please let us know at the time of your booking.
CLOTHING: For all AcroBeats classes, we recommend wearing leggings, and a form fitting top. Please avoid any bare skin and ideally tie long hair back. Please do not wear anything with zips or buttons which could catch on the harnesses, and please remove ALL jewellery including wedding rings. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged personal possessions (such as jewellery) at the studio, so please leave them at home before attending class!

BootyBarre
A multi-level class geared to challenge bodies of any age, gender, or fitness background. We offer exercises that can be modified for beginners, but that can also be amplified for advanced clients that are looking for an extreme challenge. The BootyBarre system sculpts the body proportionally so that all body parts are equally challenged. This total body workout serves to strengthen, lengthen, and stretch the body from top to bottom. The end result is a long and lean physique.

A multi ability class for those wanting to bring flexibility to their backs and shoulders

Side splits/ All the splits & Inversions
Both of these classes are Mixed ability and suitable for complete beginner to advanced. Work on gaining flexibility in splits.
