In Aerial Silks we use a length of material which we climb and make beautiful shapes on. This is a 60 minute class which includes a warm up, aerial conditioning, silk moves or routines and a cool down. Aerial silks is an all over body workout and with an endless amount of lifts, grips, hangs and moves it will never stop challenging you.
Strength and stamina, muscle endurance, all over body toning and flexibility. And th best part is that it is super fun.
